Hi, welcome!All the apparels & accessories in here are PRE-ORDERED.
Now here's the drill:
- Browse through our items.
- Note down the details of whichever one you fancy.
- Fill up our order form, submit it to us & await for our reply (within 48hours).
- Payment will be advise once your order is confirmed.
- Make your payment within24hours' upon acknowledging your purchase order.
The Goods.
- All items are PRE-ORDERED, no in stocks unless otherwise stated.
- 9 brands of apparels & accessories: Hanee, Vivicam, ECA, Garden Street 19, M2M, YYL [Young Young Love], Sweet Girl, RaYYL & Yoko.
- All items are original & come with its respective brand's tag & label.
- All items are directly imported.
- All items are subject to availability from our supplier.
- Prices do not include delivery charges.
Terms & Conditions.
- Buyer should accept 2 to 3cm discrepancy in measurements, as well as slight color difference due to different monitor's resolution.
- Goods sold are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
- No haggling of prices, reserving & trading of items.
- No backing out once payment is received.
- No changing of order when deadline is over.
- We reserve the right to amend our T&Cs at any point of time.
- In stock item goes to whoever makes full payment first.
Prices.
- Prices are nett & priced in Singapore $ (SGD).
- Prices are fixed & non-negotiable.
- No full payment by deadline = No order
- Refund will be made accordingly for out of stock (OOS) item.
- Prices do not include delivery charges.
- We reserve the right to make any changes to the prices at any point of time (the new price will not be applicable to those who have placed their order, before the change in price).
Payment details.
- Strictly via POSB transfer, I-Banking & cheque deposit.
- Strictly no payment through meet up
- Payment is to be made within 48 hours' upon confirming of purchase, or order will be deemed invalid.
Delivery details.
- We use Singpost for delivery of items locally & Speedpost for delivery of items overseas.
- Normal mail: S$1.50 - S$2.90 (whichever applicable)
- ********tops, bottoms: S$1.00 - S$2.00********
- ********long tunic tops, dresses & outerwear: S$2.00 - S$2.90********
- Registered mail: an additional of S$2.30 on top of normal mail fee. strongly recommend!
You will be issued a tracking number. - Our responsibility ends when we have sent your item out.
- We will not hold any responsibility for any item(s) lost or damaged during postal transit, regardless via normal or registered mail.
- Strictly NO MEET UPS.
- For overseas buyer, shipping charges will be based on weight & costs by Speedpost.
